Every day I awaken, I awaken more. The majority of the thoughts I share here are from the hand of others that speak unto my own heart so very clear.

Hear the music
| Morning Light |
When you worry and hurry
through your day,
it is like an unopened gift,
thrown away.
Life is not a race.
Take it slower.
Hear the music
before the song is over.

Happiness pandemic hits worldwide
This was originally reported as a disease but as I know this is the way we are all meant I a have edited the text to reflect this potentially contagious condition to be one of TOTAL EASE. - Deb Clemente
A worldwide epidemic is spreading worldwide with an enormous speed. The WWO (World-Wellness-Organization) foresees billions of people being infected in the coming decade.
Here are the most prominent symptoms of this extreme condition:
1- The tendency to let yourself be guided by intuition instead of acting under pressure of fear, forced ideas and past conditioned behavior.
3- A complete loss of the capacity to worry – This is one of the most serious symptoms.
4- A continual pleasure in appreciating humans and things the way they are, which strengthens one’s tendency not wanting to change others.
6- Repetitive attacks of smiling : a smile that says “thank you” and stimulates being one with all around.
| OOPS - YOU CAUGHT ME SMILING.... |
9- Finding pleasure in acting as a healer who spreads joy and light instead of criticism and indifference.
10- The ability to effortlessly live alone, related, with family or in a community on a basis of equality, without the need to play a role as executioner or wanting to be sacrificed.
11- A feeling of responsibility and joy to offer the world one’s dreams of an abundant, harmonic and peaceful future.
12- Total acceptance of one’s own presence on earth and the will to choose each moment for what’s gracious, good, truthful and alive.
Do you want to continue living in fear, dependency, conflict, disease and conformism, then avoid at all cost people who display these symptoms, since TOTAL EASE is very contagious. If you already have these symptoms, know your condition is probably very hopeless. Medical treatment can temporarily repress the symptoms, although the progress of the disease is inevitable. There just isn’t an anti-happiness-vaccine.
Because this TOTAL EASE causes the loss of fear of death, a central pillar upon which the belief of materialistic modern-day society rests, a risk of societal turmoil with a complete loss of interest in warfare and to always be right, gatherings of happy people who sing, dance and celebrate life, emergence of people who celebrate their (physical and spiritual) healing, crises of extreme joy and collective emotional vent are at hand.

We are taught to worry
It’s really a horrible thing. I did it myself. I remember trying to at least. Weren’t we all supposed to? We seem to have programmed ourselves to believe that if we are not currently doing something that we perhaps should or could be doing then it is our responsibility to at least worry about it.
My daughter Amanda had just turned five and few days had past since the whirlwind of her birthday party. As I walked through the family room where she sat intently playing with her new toys, a thought came to me. Actually, the thought came to me again. We needed to write the thank you notes.
Amanda could sign her name and draw a pretty picture but I would be the one writing the actual thank you notes for each of her birthday gifts. I knew it was my responsibility to get this done but as well my responsibility to have her involved in the process. My mother instilled in me the importance of acknowledging gifts with a hand written thank you note delivered timely manner. So as each day passed the guilt grew. “We need to write the thank you notes for you birthday presents, Amanda.” I said to her as she brushed her new Barbie’s hair. “So we can stop worrying about it.”
Clear as day, I can remember her looking up at me and saying “I’m not worrying about it.” It’s true she wasn’t it and that is the exact moment that I realized that we teach our children to worry. The question still remained. Should I teach her to worry about it?
Eighteen years later, it is obvious that I did indeed instill in my daughter the value of a handwritten thank you, as she regularly and promptly writes and sends gracious notes. But I don’t think she worries about it. I certainly hope not, but I’m not going to worry about it.

REST IN PEACE
I have a new and quite refreshing outlook on the phrase “REST IN PEACE”. I now see it as a joyous blessing for the living not a solemn epitaph. Life without worry and strife is true peace. I have come to know that true happiness means to rest in the peace of God.
Knowing the truth of life frees the soul. So I say to you my friend,
Rest in Peace!

About Me
- artistdeb
- I'm a passionate fine art painter and spiritual writer awakening to a deeper sense of purpose and connectedness with the universe everyday. As an artist, I express the the joy I feel with the voice of color. Just I as I have been inspired to sing the song of my soul with paint and palette, I am now being prompted to pick up a pen and write. Listen Hear, A Divine Love Story journals a year of my awakening to the Voice of Love. I used to have to guard my thoughts; now my thoughts guard and guide me. It’s like I have a life coach in my head, but the wisdom is from a whole different source than my brain. I invite you to spend sometime here perusing excerpts from my soon to be published book and browsing a gallery of my paintings. It is my wish that what I offer may open a window of new possibility within your heart and mind. And like a “breath of fresh air,” awaken a part of your soul.
